Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Low Touch Customer Success Managers and Specialists
  • Optimize and streamline self-service onboarding processes to guide customers through the initial setup and adoption of products
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success leadership roles, with a focus on low touch or self-service customer success programs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with customer success platforms, automation tools, and CRM software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
