Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leader, Digital Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy for the low touch segment
- Manage and mentor a team of Low Touch Customer Success Managers and Specialists
- Optimize and streamline self-service onboarding processes to guide customers through the initial setup and adoption of products
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in customer success leadership roles, with a focus on low touch or self-service customer success programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with customer success platforms, automation tools, and CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
