Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Scaled Customer Success Manager (Temp Contract) on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and renew existing customer contracts through digital and direct engagement
  • Handle outbound and inbound customer communications, including processing quotes and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve renewal goals and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS business
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting SaaS technologies within the education sector
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Proactive communication skills via phone and video chat
