Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own post-sales success for a portfolio of SMB/Mid-Market customers, focusing on onboarding and feature adoption
  • Leverage Gainsight to design and execute digital engagement programs and monitor customer health
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to enhance customer experience and retention
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS lifecycle roles
  • Experience managing customers in a tech-touch or scaled Customer Success model
  • Strong experience using Gainsight to build digital Customer Success programs
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics, including adoption, retention, and churn
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and customer health metrics
