Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Customer Success Manager to advocate for customers and ensure they receive maximum value.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate value to customers, sharing insights and threat intelligence
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for long-term success
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and act as the main contact for customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing post-sales role within the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) or cybersecurity services is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience engaging with diverse audiences, including C-Level Executives
- Project management experience is preferred
