Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Digital, Small Districts in the K12 EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and renewal stages
- Manage a high-volume portfolio using one-to-many engagement strategies
- Monitor telemetry and engagement signals to identify risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role within K-12 EdTech or SaaS environments
- Experience managing a high-volume portfolio using lifecycle campaigns or targeted outreach
- Proficiency in CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Vitally)
- Experience executing digital playbooks across onboarding and renewal stages
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams
