Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Digital, Small Districts in the K12 EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute digital lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and renewal stages
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio using one-to-many engagement strategies
  • Monitor telemetry and engagement signals to identify risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role within K-12 EdTech or SaaS environments
  • Experience managing a high-volume portfolio using lifecycle campaigns or targeted outreach
  • Proficiency in CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Vitally)
  • Experience executing digital playbooks across onboarding and renewal stages
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams
