Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Success Manager for Small Districts in K12 EdTech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute digital lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, and renewal stages
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio using one-to-many engagement strategies
  • Monitor telemetry and health scores to identify risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in digital or scaled customer success programs within K-12 EdTech or SaaS environments
  • Experience managing a high-volume portfolio with lifecycle campaigns or targeted outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce and Vitally
  • Ability to analyze customer data and telemetry to identify risks or opportunities
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams
