Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Success Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate across technical teams and Customer Success organizations to ensure a unified digital roadmap
  • Serve as a capability owner to support retention and growth objectives through digital touchpoints and internal tools
  • Facilitate the Digital CS Council to prioritize backlogs and manage global technology rollouts
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, customer success operations, or digital customer engagement
  • Experience translating business needs into roadmaps and delivery plans
  • Familiarity with governance and operating model design
  • Knowledge of Customer Success programs and platforms, such as Gainsight and Planhat
  • Project Management Certification preferred (PMP, Agile, SAFe, etc.)
