- Design and operationalize the end-to-end Digital and Scaled Customer Success operating model
- Build automated customer engagement motions triggered by usage signals and lifecycle stages
- Track and report key metrics influencing customer retention and revenue growth for scaled segments
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Digital Customer Success or Scaled CS Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with automated customer journeys and digital campaigns at scale
- Expertise with journey orchestration platforms and CRM systems for campaign design and reporting
- Ability to design operating models balancing cost efficiency with customer experience quality
- Experience in building cross-functional partnerships to align digital motions with customer lifecycle frameworks
