Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of 250-300 smaller commercial accounts, the full-time Digital Customer Success Manager will leverage AI tools to enhance customer engagement, manage retention outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage retention outcomes and triage AI-surfaced risk signals for customer engagement
- Automate customer guidance to promote deep adoption of LeanData's core workflows
- Monitor and convert AI-ranked expansion signals while contributing to the design of automated touchpoint sequences
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields in B2B SaaS
- Analytical mindset for interpreting health score trends and risk signals
- Comfort with AI tools, automation platforms, and data-driven workflows
- Strong understanding of RevOps, Marketing Ops, and GTM Ops
- Experience managing a book of business using a Customer Success platform
