Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of digital customer engagement initiatives, the full-time remote Customer Lifecycle Manager will architect lifecycle campaigns, develop AI-powered customer success strategies, and drive in-app adoption across the product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns to enhance onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
- Own the strategic vision for AI-powered customer engagement, collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions
- Define and implement in-app messaging strategies to enhance customer engagement and collect real-time feedback
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital customer success, customer marketing, or marketing automation in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in designing and executing lifecycle campaigns for a large customer base
- Hands-on experience with customer success platforms such as Totango or Gainsight
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and program optimization
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
