Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time Digital Customer Success Manager will manage digital interactions, negotiate renewals, and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of over 100 customers, focusing on renewal and expansion opportunities
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience
- Develop and execute processes and workflows that enhance internal efficiencies and customer value
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
- 3+ years of customer success management experience, including at least 1 year in digital or tech touch roles
- Experience in life sciences and/or quality management strongly preferred
- Proficient in using Salesforce, MS Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong multitasking abilities and self-motivated learning orientation
