Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Customer Success Specialist to provide exceptional customer support for digital inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication in the Customer Success inbound queue, addressing non-technical customer inquiries
- Triage incoming requests to identify support issues, adoption blockers, and commercial opportunities
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- College degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools effectively
- Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) is preferred but not required
- Customer-facing experience within the EdTech industry or other software companies is a plus
