Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service and technical support, the full-time Digital Customer Support Associate will manage telephone, email, and web submissions for customer-facing portals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and document customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner
- Resolve issues using documented solutions or workarounds and escalate to 2nd tier support when necessary
- Communicate with internal departments to coordinate and resolve customer concerns
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with call ticketing systems and troubleshooting techniques preferred
- Ability to manage critical incidents calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with customer support procedures and documentation practices
