Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and technical support, the full-time Digital Customer Support Associate will manage telephone, email, and web submissions for customer-facing portals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and document customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner
  • Resolve issues using documented solutions or workarounds and escalate to 2nd tier support when necessary
  • Communicate with internal departments to coordinate and resolve customer concerns
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
  • Experience with call ticketing systems and troubleshooting techniques preferred
  • Ability to manage critical incidents calmly and effectively
  • Familiarity with customer support procedures and documentation practices
