Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Product Manager - Digital CX will lead end-to-end product management for global digital products, focusing on developing new offerings and optimizing existing capabilities throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities to define and execute the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize the feature backlog and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategies
  • Drive the development of product features, including defining acceptance criteria and managing scope tradeoff evaluations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management
  • Experience using Agile methodologies in Product Owner and Product Manager roles
  • Knowledge of IT systems development and familiarity with web and CRM platforms
  • Experience in digital customer experience/success is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
