Job Summary
Analyzing customer digital journeys, the full-time Digital Data Analyst will leverage analytics tools to inform business decisions, optimize digital experiences, and drive conversion and retention goals in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Digital Analytics, maintaining dashboards and performing deep-dive analysis on traffic patterns and user flow
- Analyze complex site journeys to identify drop-off points and user navigation to enhance their experiences
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders in Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and CX
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital analytics role with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, and other event tagging tools
- Ability to build and maintain automated dashboards in analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong SQL knowledge to query databases and merge site data with backend customer data
- Exceptional ability to communicate actionable insights from complex analysis and datasets
