Digital Data Associate

Job Summary

Supporting digital data management initiatives, the remote Digital Data Associate will utilize Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage data integrity and integration while collaborating with the team using Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support digital data projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data sets
• Translate door hardware product specifications into comprehensive data formats
• Collaborate with team members and utilize JIRA for project management and tracking

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience using Excel for advanced data set creation
• 3+ years of data entry or management experience within a complex business system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with product specifications in the door hardware industry or related fields
• Familiarity with data mapping and relational data concepts
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
