Job Summary
To enhance digital engagement strategies, the full-time Digital Data Insights Manager will develop and maintain analytics frameworks and dashboards, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards and analytics frameworks to track KPIs and engagement metrics
- Analyze digital campaign data and customer journeys to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities
- Translate complex data into strategic insights and recommendations for brand teams and leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 3-6+ years of experience in digital analytics or campaign performance measurement, preferably in a regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and performance reporting for campaigns
- Proficiency with BI or analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics
- Understanding of data quality, governance, and compliance in digital engagement and analytics
