Digital Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple complex, cross-functional digital initiatives, the contract Digital Delivery Manager will coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure timely delivery while addressing dependencies and risks in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives from initiation through delivery, identifying and removing obstacles
• Coordinate with various teams to align work and ensure progress towards shared outcomes
• Provide program status updates to stakeholders, including risks, decisions needed, and launch readiness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or digital product delivery
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications in Agile environments
• Ability to create clear program artifacts such as status reports and delivery plans
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in matrixed organizations
