Digital Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful onboarding and deployment of card and expense management solutions, the full-time Digital Deployment Manager will support customers through a self-guided setup, ensuring alignment with business needs while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships post-application, setting expectations and providing support throughout the setup journey
• Independently plan and organize deployments, assisting customers with card and expense management setup
• Focus on delivering measurable value and monitor customer health indicators during onboarding

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in project management, consulting, or software implementation
• Hands-on experience configuring applications to meet business requirements
• Understanding of data migration and system integrations
