Digital Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful onboarding and deployment of card and expense management solutions, the full-time Digital Corporate Deployment Manager will support customers through a digital setup journey, ensuring alignment with business needs while fostering strong relationships and maximizing product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by setting expectations, prioritizing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the deployment process
• Independently plan and organize deployments, assisting customers with card distribution and training on software solutions
• Monitor customer health indicators and maintain project momentum, serving as the primary escalation point during deployment

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or software implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on experience configuring applications to meet business requirements
• Understanding of data migration and system integrations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and knowledgeable about cloud-based products and services
