Digital Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Designer to lead and execute digital-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute compelling design concepts aligned with client goals
• Create and maintain high-quality designs while advising clients on best practices
• Collaborate with team members and mentor junior designers

Required Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a similar discipline
• 3-5 years of digital design experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Solid working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Webflow is a plus
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and designing intuitive user experiences
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is preferred but not required
