Job Summary
Creative and ambitious, the full-time remote Digital Designer will craft compelling design assets for performance-driven advertising across various platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages to drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to create A/B tests and data-driven designs based on business goals
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
- 1 year of experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing and CRO Analytics
