Digital Employee Experience Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Employee Experience Architect to optimize digital experiences across virtual and physical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead optimization of the ControlUp ecosystem for digital employee experiences
• Develop custom automated remediations using PowerShell to address technical debt
• Analyze data insights to create actionable remediation plans for improving workspace performance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and environment self-healing
• Experience with virtual environments such as Citrix, VMware, and AVD
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and maintain infrastructure components
