Digital Employee Experience Architect

Job Summary

To enhance workforce productivity and engagement, the full-time remote Digital Employee Experience Architect will assess the current digital employee experience, develop a comprehensive DEX strategy and roadmap, and lead technology modernization initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a DEX maturity baseline and implement strategies that align with organizational business goals
• Oversee the management of the DEX portfolio, prioritizing projects based on strategic alignment and return on investment
• Provide architectural guidance for enterprise-scale transformation initiatives and mentor architects to strengthen enterprise architecture maturity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• More than 10 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, or related engineering disciplines
• Deep expertise across multiple architecture domains, including enterprise, cloud, infrastructure, application, and network architecture
• Experience leading digital transformation and large-scale technology modernization initiatives
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or comparable credentials preferred
