Job Summary

Leading digital transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Digital Enablement Manager will develop and execute enablement strategies for platforms and analytics tools, ensuring user adoption and effective communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enablement strategies for digital platforms and tools
• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Design and implement communication plans to promote digital initiatives and enhance digital literacy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in strategic communications and change management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools and initiatives related to enablement or adoption
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills
