Digital Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of end-to-end enablement strategies, the full-time Digital Enablement Manager will work remotely to drive user adoption of specialized platforms and analytics tools, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enablement strategies to ensure seamless user adoption of digital tools and resources
• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Create and implement communication plans and training programs to enhance digital literacy and engagement among employees

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in strategic communications and change management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
• Experience in marketing and communications for technology products
• Familiarity with AI tools and initiatives related to enablement
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
