Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise for installation and troubleshooting of precision agriculture technologies
• Lead squad members to enhance digital acumen and drive customer engagement through solution selling
• Identify transformative farmers and retailers for digital trial opportunities and optimize internal processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to influence and motivate stakeholders
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive under DOT/FMCSA jurisdiction
• Bachelor's degree in the agricultural field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with digital agricultural platforms
• Expertise in digital software, hardware, and data-driven features
