Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-farm expertise for the installation and troubleshooting of precision agriculture technologies
• Lead and influence team members to enhance customer engagement and digital revenue through solution selling
• Identify and lead key improvement areas across digital platforms to optimize internal processes and enhance grower experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the agricultural field is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with digital agricultural platforms
• Experience working with seed/chem sellers, growers, and sales organizations
• 8 years of working experience in agriculture and/or digital fields
• Expertise in digital software (FieldView, DMP) and hardware compatibility
