Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Delivery Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from initiation to closure, coordinating team activities and customizing solutions to meet client objectives
• Manage project scope, schedule, requirements, and risk logs, while ensuring client invoices are sent based on established fee structures
• Lead client planning meetings and manage the client acceptance testing process, providing best practice consultation to clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience demonstrating expertise in the field
• Knowledge of benefits compensation, retirement plans, health plans, and HR rewards programs
• Experience in external client/vendor facing consulting roles
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications
• Solid foundation in collecting business or technical requirements to improve effectiveness
