Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in the field
• Experience with benefits compensation, retirement plans, and HR rewards programs
• External client/vendor facing consulting experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications
• Experience in guiding and assisting teams and individuals
