Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Engineering Manager to lead its Customer Success Digital Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own technical execution for Digital Engineering initiatives, contributing to product scope and technical approach
  • Manage and mentor a team of Solution Software Engineers, driving execution across multiple efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical plans and support customer engagements


Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering (aerospace, systems, mechanical, electrical, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
  • Understanding of software fundamentals (APIs, data pipelines, services, integrations)
  • Experience with engineering tools and ecosystems (e.g., MBSE, CAD/PLM, simulations)
  • Must be a US citizen living within the United States
