Digital Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 5-8 full-stack engineers, the full-time Digital Engineering Manager will oversee technical delivery, guide architecture and code quality, and collaborate with product management to align solutions with business objectives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and establish operating practices aligned with organizational goals
• Review and guide technical solution designs and oversee software development processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into effective technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of progressively responsible positions in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT, including management of high-performance teams
• Strong competency in project management and execution of large projects
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to support business initiatives
