Job Summary

Optimizing the end-user digital experience in a hybrid setting, the full-time Digital Experience Analyst will analyze telemetry, endpoint health, and system performance while collaborating with technology owners and support teams to resolve issues and enhance compliance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Serve as an escalation point for advanced digital experience issues, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems
  • Identify recurring issues and systemic patterns from telemetry and support trends, coordinating root cause analysis and compliance remediation
  • Own and govern the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, including configuration, capability enablement, and integration with ITSM systems
Required qualifications:
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in a computing or engineering field is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT-related field
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms and endpoint management tools
  • Proficient in scripting using system-level APIs and WMI, preferably with PowerShell
  • Experience integrating telemetry or automation platforms with ITSM systems using REST APIs and JSON payloads
