Job Summary
Supporting lifecycle marketing initiatives, the full-time Digital Experience Designer will design and develop engaging customer-facing digital experiences across email, web, and mobile channels in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop digital experiences for lifecycle campaigns, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready digital assets while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet project deadlines
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, UX/UI design, or lifecycle marketing design
- Expert proficiency in Figma and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience creating customer-facing digital experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, lifecycle marketing design, and production-ready deliverables
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience collaborating with development teams is preferred
