Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Digital Experience to oversee the digital patient journey and enhance patient engagement through CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CDP
  • Optimize patient journeys through targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM professionals to foster a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Customer Experience management, preferably in healthcare
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CDP
  • Strong data analysis skills to drive insights and optimize campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of leading successful CRM initiatives that enhance patient engagement and retention
