Digital Experience Director
Job Summary
Owning the production and accuracy of Iovance's external digital presence, the remote Associate Director, Digital Experience & AI Production will manage AI-generated content, streamline publishing processes, and ensure technical SEO compliance while transitioning agency-dependent work in-house.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve all AI-generated content and assets for public sites, ensuring quality and compliance
- Drive efficient publishing workflows and provide staging environments for cross-functional reviews
- Manage technical SEO efforts, correcting inaccuracies and optimizing search engine visibility
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in web production or digital operations with direct responsibility for live websites
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools such as Claude
- Strong design judgment using Figma and AI-enabled image tools
- Understanding of technical SEO, structured data, and performance metrics
