Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contingent Digital Experience Journey Mapping Lead will establish and scale journey mapping capabilities, mentor teams, and guide experience design in a hybrid work environment for a 12+ month contract role.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish enterprise-wide standards and methodologies for customer journey mapping
  • Train and mentor teams on journey-led experience design and facilitate workshops
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure experiences align with customer journey insights
Required qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in UX, CX, digital strategy, service design, or experience design
  • Demonstrated leadership in building or scaling journey mapping programs
  • Experience developing frameworks, standards, or operating models
  • Proficiency with journey mapping and collaborative design tools
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
