Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own site performance metrics including conversion, engagement, and revenue

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital operations roles
- 7+ years of experience leading digital teams in fast-paced environments
- Proven experience in site performance and conversion outcomes
- Strong background in on-site merchandising and conversion rate optimization
- Hands-on experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms
