Job Summary
Leading the management and optimization of digital experiences, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Experience will oversee Unified's digital ecosystem, ensuring a user-centered approach across websites and patient-facing platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance and engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the digital ecosystem, including website governance and content publishing
- Establish effective digital governance and workflows in partnership with Marketing and IT
- Drive SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization strategies to enhance digital performance and user engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, digital strategy, business, or a related field
- 6-8+ years of experience in digital strategy or product leadership
- Experience managing and optimizing enterprise websites and digital experiences
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal, or similar) and digital analytics tools
- Experience in healthcare or multi-location business models
