Job Summary
Seeking a strategic storyteller, the full-time remote Brand & Content Marketing Lead for Digital Experience will manage content strategy, community engagement, and influencer relationships to enhance brand visibility and advocacy in the digital landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of content and storytelling programs to strengthen market perception and engagement for the Digital Experience portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and practitioners to capture feedback and develop advocacy programs
- Develop and manage influencer engagement initiatives to expand brand awareness and credibility across relevant industries
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in content marketing, community marketing, advocacy, influencer marketing, or product marketing
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts
- Proven experience in building and scaling content programs that drive awareness and engagement
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging customers, influencers, and industry experts
- Understanding of audience discovery and evaluation in modern digital and AI-powered environments
