Digital Experience Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Digital Experience Management (DEM) Solutions Engineer, the candidate will serve as the technical bridge between the DEM platform and prospective customers, leading technical deep-dives, designing solutions to enhance digital experiences, and managing the technical evaluation process for clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical deep-dives to assess prospects' digital ecosystems and identify performance issues
• Architect and design DEM strategies to enhance performance visibility and provide actionable insights
• Manage the end-to-end technical evaluation process, ensuring successful deployment and configuration of the DEM solution

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant roles, preferably in DEM, APM, or NPM sectors
• Proven track record of reducing mean time to resolution (MTTR) in complex multi-vendor environments
• Practical experience with hybrid and cloud architectures, including zero-trust network access and enterprise cloud connections
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep mastery of protocol and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump
