Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Digital Experience Supervisor will manage daily IT operations, oversee professional development, and coordinate design, development, and maintenance of systems to enhance patient safety and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrate leadership by guiding team members towards organizational goals, managing hiring, and implementing process improvements
  • Oversee problem identification and resolution, including managing daily production issues and ensuring proper documentation of incidents
  • Coordinate project assignments and resource allocation, ensuring successful completion of IT initiatives and enhancements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or related field with three years of relevant IT experience; or an Associate's degree with four years of experience; or a High School Diploma with five years of experience
  • Experience in leading IT teams and managing day-to-day operations within an Information Technology department
  • Proficiency in specialized analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL and advanced Excel macros
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs for team members
  • Experience with digital health initiatives, particularly in relation to MyChart and Epic systems
