Job Summary

Seeking a Digital Forensics Expert Witness on a full-time salaried basis, this role will provide sworn testimony in legal proceedings, conduct forensic investigations, and author expert reports while collaborating closely with legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sworn testimony in depositions, hearings, and trials related to digital forensics and cybersecurity events
• Conduct digital forensic investigations and analyze evidence related to security incidents and unauthorized access
• Author expert reports and ensure they meet legal standards for courtroom submission

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a testifying expert in digital forensics or cybersecurity matters
• Strong report writing skills with examples of expert reports or declarations
• Deep understanding of digital forensic methodologies and evidence handling
• Experience working directly with legal counsel in litigation processes
• Demonstrated experience supporting class action defense cases
