Job Summary

As a senior operational and analytical resource, the full-time Digital Fraud Investigator will work remotely to identify, investigate, and mitigate digital fraud threats across various platforms, employing advanced technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud prevention strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor, detect, and investigate suspicious activities across digital platforms, utilizing data analytics and expert judgment to identify complex fraud schemes
  • Prepare comprehensive investigative reports and maintain evidentiary materials in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze fraud trends and enhance fraud prevention processes and systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital fraud investigations and financial crimes analysis
  • Deep understanding of digital payment risk frameworks and Zelle Risk Management Operating Procedures
  • Industry-recognized certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) are highly desirable
  • Strong technological aptitude with proficiency in leading fraud monitoring and case management platforms
