Digital Fundraising Director

Job Summary

To advance human rights initiatives, the full-time salaried Digital Fundraising Director will lead the digital fundraising strategy across various channels, optimizing supporter engagement and retention while managing a team and collaborating with multiple departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital fundraising strategies to enhance donor conversion and retention
• Design and optimize donor lifecycle programs to increase recurring support and deepen supporter relationships
• Oversee digital advocacy campaigns and ensure integration with broader fundraising strategies

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience or MA/MS with 8 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated success in growing digital fundraising revenue in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
• Experience managing high-volume digital fundraising programs generating seven-figure annual revenue
• Proficiency with digital tools such as email marketing platforms and CRM systems
• 3-5 years of direct people management experience preferred
