Digital Health Advisor

Job Summary

To support healthcare providers in their digital health transformation journeys, the full-time Senior Digital Health Advisor will lead maturity model validations, conduct gap assessments, and develop customized recommendations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead single health system Stage 6 and 7 maturity model validations and coordinate case study development
• Conduct gap assessments and create customized findings and recommendations for digital health transformation
• Deliver client-facing education sessions and contribute to thought leadership resources, including case studies and market intelligence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's or Doctoral degree preferred
• 12-16 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
• 5-8 years of experience in leadership and team development
• HIMSS Digital Health Transformation Specialist certification
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite
