Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Health Data Analyst to join their Digital Health Marketplace Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary knowledge base for marketplace, funnel, and operational data
• Develop and automate dashboards and reporting for insights on conversion and performance
• Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-offs and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles related to digital products or ecommerce
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets
• Strong experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and similar platforms
• Working knowledge of cloud data architecture and platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
• Solid understanding of funnel analysis and performance measurement across digital journeys
