Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and build rapport through phone and video interactions
- Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits and advise patients on financial responsibilities
- Manage incoming physician referrals and assist with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring enrollment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office with knowledge of scheduling, co-pays, insurances, and basic medical terminology
- Recent customer service experience required
- Fluent in Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
