Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and build rapport through phone and video interactions
  • Verify outpatient therapy insurance benefits and advise patients on financial responsibilities
  • Manage incoming physician referrals and assist with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring enrollment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office with knowledge of scheduling, co-pays, insurances, and basic medical terminology
  • Recent customer service experience required
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
