A company is looking for a Digital Hosting Service Delivery Lead, Associate Director, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hosting service development and sustainment, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Manage end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of hosting services across various environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and enhance hosting service delivery

Required Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 10 years experience
• Experience in IT hosting service delivery or hosting infrastructure operations
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical hosting projects or programs
• Financial management experience, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation
• Experience managing delivery by a managed services provider
