Job Summary

Providing technical administration and support for digital imaging information systems, the full-time Advisory Services Analyst will engage in system development and enhancements, ensuring cohesive integration of technologies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support digital imaging information systems, addressing user needs and technical issues
• Participate in projects related to imaging information systems and technologies, ensuring effective implementation
• Identify and resolve complex technical problems independently, enhancing operational processes through automation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical administration or support of digital imaging information systems (e.g., PACS, RIS)
• 2+ years of experience in clinical departmental operations within imaging disciplines (Radiology, Cardiology, etc.)
• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting complex technical system issues with minimal oversight
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in designing or implementing automated tools or software solutions
